HIRING FOR USRN – MEDICAL CASE MANAGER, WORK ONSITE POSITION IN ORTIGAS
Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered

- Handle case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure
-
- Help clients achieve wellness and autonomy
-
- Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc)
-
- Help patients make informed decisions by acting as their advocate regarding their clinical status and treatment options
-
- Develop effective working relations and cooperate with medical team throughout the entire case management process.

- With experience handling home health care cases
Job Offer:

- Up to Php 65,000 salary package

Qualifications:
-
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of BS Nursing

- Active USRN License
-
- Experience with home health care agencies
-
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in any medical/surgical department, Orthopedic, Medical/Surgical ICU, Coronary Care Unit (CCU), Rehabilitation, and Emergency department.

- BPO experience is an advantage

- Must be amenable to work onsite | Ortigas Business District

- Must be amenable to working on night shift
