Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist as Administrative Care Coordinator
Responsibilities:

- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with therapists from all disciplines to ensure timely and efficient care

- Communicate with referring agencies to ensure a smooth referral process

- Enter patient data into electronic medical records system and maintain patient files

- Note dictation from physical therapists/occupational therapists in the field which need to be entered into the electronic medical record system as necessary.

- Answer phone calls and emails to provide customer service to patients and referring agencies
-
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure continuity of care for patients

- Assist with quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy/occupational therapy or related healthcare field preferred

- Experience with office administration, customer service, and data entry

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems preferred

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information

- Valid physical therapy or occupational therapy license preferred but open to fresh graduates

- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas on a graveyard shift
Compensation package starts at 28k/month, plus HMO and all government-mandated benefits. Negotiable for licensed PTs and/or those with extensive experience with US home health agencies.
